Wastewater Bioenergy Plant

Veolia wastewater Bio-energy plants are designed to treat biodegradable wastewater using patented UASB (Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) and EGSB (Expanded Granular Sludge Bed) technology. Veolia has extensive experience of delivering such systems and has in excess of 500 references worldwide.

Organic Waste Bio-energy Plant

Veolia has been successfully developing Bio-energy plants for organic waste since the mid-nineties involving all stages of waste de-packaging, pasteurisation and digestion using mesophilic and thermophilic systems. Digestate treatment is achieved using dewatering, biological, separation, evaporation or membrane systems from our comprehensive technology portfolio. In the UK, organic waste Bio-energy plants are designed to be compliant with PAS 110.
