Following the success of the Actiflo® package plant, VWS have now procured the first of their mobile Actiflo® units. The full process is now installed within a trailer mounted container suitable for road transportation (not requiring police escort).
The process units are constructed in stainless steel and have a capacity of 40 to 80 m3/hr for potable water applications and 60 to 120 m3/hr for wastewater.
Today, there are more than 200 Actiflo® plants world wide, with capacities of up to 24 m3 /sec = 2073 Ml/D. Actiflo® is a stable and efficient process, that is able to meet stringent effluent standards even under great load variations. The Actiflo® process has been developed to treat potable and wastewater. Wastewater applications include primary, tertiary, storm and backwash water treatment.
