Training
Training needs are recorded and identified on a comprehensive health and safety matrix. The matrix covers all personnel and is used to maintain both mandatory and elective training requirements. The matrix is used to compare the required training with actual training status and to identify any gaps.
Health & Safety training is carried out by either in-house trainers or by certified specialist training providers. Training is amended to ensure relevance to the project or individual needs.
